Synergetic Myofascial Technique
Poor posture is the root of many chronic issues from headaches to severe pain. With Synergetic Myofascial therapy I use a 3 session program to correct postural abnormalities relating to your muscles. Each session is 90 minutes and focuses on 1) front body 2) side body 3) back body. The session will be repeated as needed until the goal is achieved.

Acupressure for Labor/ Delivery
Ready for that baby to come out? Acupressure can support the initiation and progression of labor by shifting any structural or energetic blocks that may impede the birth process. It is also helpful in recovery after delivery. Must be at least 38 weeks pregnant or 1 week postpartum to schedule this service.
