About the Event
Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD. When emotions get high it is difficult for the body and mind to relax, breathe, and process. Join me at the Innovation Center June 9th for a Self-Care class that teaches you relaxation techniques and allows you to release the stress that is building up. I have limited this class to 4 people to keep it relaxing and comfortable for all. During these classes we will use guided meditation, imagery, and stretching techniques, as well as learn to create and calm space within the mind and proper breathing to reduce stress and anxiety. Please bring a small blanket or yoga mat.
